How do I care for my glasses?

All CliC glasses should be cleaned with a microfiber cloth. You can use lens cleaner on the lenses. DO NOT submerge the glasses in water. For the CliC Protective you can clean the lenses with soap and water or isopropyl alcohol to disinfect.

How do I use a promo code?

This option is available during checkout before applying payment. Only one promo code can be used per order.

How can I see my past orders?

To view order history, edit addresses or track your orders click HERE to log in or create an account.

Can I change my order before it ships?

We work very hard to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible, but we will do our best to accommodate any changes. The best way to change an order is to contactus@clicreaders.com. 

Unfortunately, if the order has been fulfilled it cannot be changed. In that case you'll need to follow our exchange/return policy once the order has arrived.

How long does it take to ship my orders?

Orders placed before 12pm CST, Monday - Friday are processed and shipped the same business day from our distribution center in Appleton, WI. Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sundays.

How can I track my order?

Upon shipment you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information for your order. If you cannot find your email please contactus@clicreaders.com and we can provide the tracking details.

Do you offer FREE Shipping?

Yes! All packages ship out via USPS First Class Mail. Estimated 5-10 business days depending where you live. 

Are there expedited shipping options available?

We offer either USPS Priority or UPS 2-day mail as expedited options.

USPS Priority Mail - $5.00

Estimated 3-5 business days depending where you live.

UPS 2 Day Mail - $15.00
