Can I change my order before it ships?
We work very hard to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible, but we will do our best to accommodate any changes. The best way to change an order is to email@example.com.
Unfortunately if the order has been fulfilled it cannot be changed. In that case you'll need to follow our exchange/return policy once the order has arrived.
How long does it take to ship my orders?
Orders placed before 12pm CST, Monday - Friday are processed and shipped the same business day from our distribution center in Appleton, WI. Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sundays.
How can I track my order?
Upon shipment you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information for your order. If you cannot find your email please firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide the tracking details.
Do you offer FREE Shipping?
Yes! All packages ship out via USPS First Class Mail. Estimated 5-10 business days depending where you live.
Is there an expedited shipping options available?
We offer either USPS Priority or UPS 2-day mail as expeditated options.
